China World Tower B has been awarded Beijing Construction Design Excellence and Public building design by beijing engineering exploration and design Association. As well as Construction design Excellence on public building design by China engineering.
China World Tower Phase 3B is the latest development phase comprising a 296m-tall tower and a podium mall. The 60-storey tower includes 30 floors of Grade A office, 4 floors of serviced offices, and a boutique hotel with 450 guestrooms. The podium mall, with seven floors of retail, restaurants and brand flagship stores, is seamlessly integrated to the rest of the development via link bridges and underground connections.
