Twin Peaks is a residential-lead and mixed-use development located at the foreshore of Tseung Kwan O. The project comprises two apartment towers providing a total of 372 units with a variety of layouts. The base of the towers is set into a raised landscaped podium containing two retail floors and clubhouse facilities for residents with a basement car park underneath. The scheme addresses environmental challenges by featuring a huge external archway by connecting the two Y-shaped towers near the top so as to assist urban air ventilation across the site. The project has a total GFA of 27,643sqm.
