Nestled in a prime waterfront site in Hong Kong Island South, Marinella comprises a total of 411 residential units, varying from smaller apartments, duplex units at typical floors, penthouse units to garden houses. The 6 towers are planned/ orientated in such a way to maximise the sea views for occupants as well as daylight penetration. The sustainability initiative for the project – both passive and active measures – was rewarded by obtaining the first Provisional BEAM Plus Platinum residential project in Hong Kong. WT is the Lead Consultant and Executive Architect for the project, in partnership with Arquitectonica as the Design Architect.
