The proposed residential development is located at Muk Ning Street, Tai Tak (NKIL 6525), Kowloon. It comprises 2 nos. of 35-storey towers, 4 nos. of 6-storey low rise block, 1 no. 3-storey clubhouse block and 1-level basement. The disposition of tower blocking is to capture the distant sea view and mountain view in southern and northern directions respectively while minimizing overlooking with neighbourhood development. To enhance the micro-environment and promulgate green living, sky gardens are introduced at both towers, and a central courtyard garden is created on the ground floor which is embraced by the vehicular-free landscaping and water features.
