The proposed residential development is located next to the West Rail Long Ping Station. It comprised of 4 nos. of 25-storey towers, 1 level of basement carpark, clubhouse and government facilities. Four towers are set on a serrated layout, embracing the clubhouse and landscape in the center. The disposition of the towers is carefully articulated to capture the picturesque view of the villages over the Yuen Long area; the total GFA is about 48,675sqm.
