The hotel is located in Nanjing’s Gulou District at the busy junction of Zhongyang Road and Mofan Road. This 5-star 46-storey hotel will have 450 keys and 21 fully serviced apartments. Guestrooms start at a size of 45sqm upwards and most rooms facing east will enjoy scenic views of the peaceful Xuan Wu Lake and those facing south, west & north will have city views.

Upon completion, the hotel is envisaged to be a convenient spot for entertainment, social and business gatherings with dining options including a roof-top restaurant with panoramic views across the city, a lobby lounge with garden views, a Chinese restaurant and an all-day dining venue. It will also have an executive lounge, a health club together with a 25-metre lap pool and spa facilities, and a selection of meeting rooms including a 2,000sqm grand ballroom.
