The project is a 5-star hotel and an office tower connected at the top by a bridge and a podium at the bottom. The design is a tectonic interplay between two trapezoids – a straight Hotel and a curved Office. The space in-between forms a neighbour-friendly breezeway for the residential plots behind. The podium contains Hotel Lobby, F&B outlets, ballroom and retail. It is fronted with a spectacular curvy stone-clad portal, and a series of multi-colored glazed diamonds that provide texture and glitter. The sweeping curve is further complemented with a matching iconic canopy.
